Handmade nature of each item
All creations at Baubles and Knots are carefully crafted by hand using natural materials. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly in color, texture, or form. These variations are part of what make handmade art unique and meaningful. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on differences in appearance from product photos or expectations of identical replication.
Damage or defective items
We take great care to ensure every order arrives safely. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at baublesandknots.magic@gmail.com with a brief description and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or partial refund is most appropriate. Please keep the original packaging and item until your claim is resolved.
Cancellations & custom orders
Because many items are made to order or customized, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed once work has begun. If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, materials are typically already gathered and your piece may be in progress. Custom and commissioned items are non-refundable.
