Handmade quality & Custom creations
Each piece offered through Baubles and Knots is individually handcrafted with care and intention. Because every item is created by hand using natural materials such as gemstones, vines, and branches, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are to be expected and celebrated. These differences reflect the unique spirit of each creation. Custom orders are made in collaboration with the client to align with their vision and energy; once work begins on a custom piece, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders, payments & shipping
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed securely through our online store using Wix Payments, PayPal, or other trusted payment processors, your payment details are never stored on our servers. Shipping times vary depending on product type, material availability, and order volume; you will receive confirmation once your item has shipped. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal or courier services.
Returns, Exchanges & Intellectual Property
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description so we can work toward a fair resolution. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or made-to-order items. All content on this website (including photos, product descriptions, logos, and designs) is the property of Baubles and Knots and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
